The EASTPORT

Designed for M I Homes and ranging in square footage from 2906 square feet up to 3490 square feet these units are a mix of 22’ wide and 24’ wide by a maximum of 56’ deep 3 story townhomes. The Sawgrass community in Delaware is several miles from the beach but because of the design appeal we were able to bring to these buildings and the cohesive community we were able to create these units were able to compete with units for sale much closer to the waterfront. Using an upscale coastal style and a common palette of architectural elements we were able to tie the entire community together.
