The CALLAWAY II

Designed for M I Homes Virginia division at 2,706 square feet the footprint for this successful unit is a compact 24’ x 40’ deep. You first enter this lovely home into a two-story foyer and catch a glimpse of the living/dining above.

The staircase leads to a landing, where you continue to the main level above, or go down to the rec room. There is a powder room and laundry right off the large rec room. The rec room benefits from the natural light that it receives from the windows on the rear wall, and also has a fireplace. At the bottom of the stair is a coat closet adjacent to the door into the garage.

On the main level at the top of the stairs is the kitchen directly across. Past the closet and powder room, towards the front of the house is the living/dining which overlooks the foyer below. In the kitchen, the island accommodates the sink and dishwasher while the cook top, wall oven, refrigerator and pantry are along the wall. The breakfast area is next to the kitchen towards the rear of the house. The large family room is across from the breakfast, and they both by virtue of their location towards the rear of the house take full advantage of the windows on the rear wall and all the natural light they have to offer. The openness between the family room, breakfast and kitchen allow all of them to share in this natural light.

The owner’s suite occupies the rear of the third level. Through double doors, the large walk-in closet is on the left with an impressive owner’s spa next to it. The owner’s spa is appointed with corner tub, shower with seat and two vanities. The spacious owner’s suite basks in an abundance of natural light through its many windows.

The secondary bedrooms are large and designed to take full advantage of the space while maximizing the natural light entering the room. Both bedrooms share a bathroom, and there are two linen closets, one in the bathroom and another in the hall.
