These condominium buildings were designed for MTR development for their premier waterfront resort style community at Solomons Landing on the Maryland shore. The individual plans were carefully designed to take advantage of stunning waterfront and marina views with large balconies and plenty of glass to capture the views from many vantage points within the units. The buildings are 3 stories with 5 units per floor for a total of 15 per building. Two stair towers and an elevator core located on the non-view side of the building off a common covered walkway make getting around very easy. The architecture for these buildings sets the tone for the community expertly capturing its’ style from the local buildings in the surrounding villages on the Chesapeake Bay. Units range in size from 1830 square feet to 2,000 square feet.
