Originally designed as a “Southern Living Dream Home” model in collaboration with Nations Bank, the Oakwinds was built and showcased in Oakton, Virginia.

After its' run as a show home, the plans were offered for sale in Southern Living magazine and the plan remained their number one seller of all the plans featured in the magazine year after year.

At 4,200 square feet for the base house and a footprint of 74’ wide x 55’ deep, this house is expertly tailored to meet the needs of a growing family. The Oakwinds delivers a design with elegance and sophistication.
