The Edgewood, designed for The Christopher Companies, a prestigious local homebuilder, was a challenge of creating an efficient plan while still loaded with features.

Our solution provided a dynamic and amenity filled home of 2,995 square feet in a compact 38’ by 48’ footprint, and more than met our client’s goals.

The second floor Owner’s Suite is an example of a luxurious plan at an exceptional value, and resulted in high sales for our client at Briarwood Trace in Fairfax County, Virginia.
