The TRED AVON

Configured as a corner unit, the Tred Avon at 2,000 square feet yields a nice open floor plan with plenty of views and a large wrap around corner terrace. Upon entry into the foyer you immediately have views into the rest of the unit providing a strong sense of space.

Moving forward from the foyer is the reception rotunda. From this vantage point you can experience the openness of the floor plan, with the kitchen, breakfast, dining room and great room all being open to one another.

The Kitchen is well appointed with plenty of cabinet space, center work-island, pantry and small bar area open to the dining room.
