Successfully designed for Engle homes in Virginia these buildings offer a good high density solution in a relatively small footprint. Configured as buildings of four units each and connected with breezeway elements these affordable units appear less massive than some of their high density counterparts. The basic module in these condos consists of two back to back stacked units with three stories of living each and attached one car garages.

The first unit, shown to the rear on this plan, is built on three floors with the ground floor being the first living level shared with the two one car garages.
