The OXFORD Configured as the middle unit in the building at 1985 square feet, the Oxford is designed in such a way that it benefits from plenty of natural light and views. Entry to the unit is off the covered walkway linking the units with the stairs and elevator. The front door is recessed back to provide a sense of privacy from the walkway. As you enter the unit into the foyer you have a long angled view through the plan outside to the scenery beyond, making this unit feel very large and inviting. From the foyer you move forward into the reception rotunda.

The rotunda serves as an elegant transitional space that efficiently organizes the circulation in this plan. From this vantage point you have sightlines in all directions giving you a tremendous sense of space and size in this plan making it feel more like a single family home.

The large kitchen features ample cabinetry as well as a center work island and a seating bar on the dining room side, units on the top floor also feature a tray ceiling. With windows to the front of the unit, the kitchen is well lit with natural light. From the kitchen you move into the dining room with views to the rear through the great room. The dining room in the units on the top floor also features a tray ceiling. To the rear is the large great room with angled bay that helps capture views across a wide angle. The great room features a fireplace with optional built in cabinetry on one wall and the option of placing a large flat panel TV on the wall opposite. The great room provides access to the large outdoor terrace. Off the reception rotunda to the right rear lie the bedrooms. Bedroom #2 is well sized with plenty of glass and views to the rear. The owner’s suite is very spacious for a unit this size and features a large sitting bay that mirrors the one in the great room and also provides access to the terrace. Separate his and hers closets provide ample storage. The owners’ spa is luxurious with separate vanities, large corner soaking tub, large shower with seat and hidden toilet.
