These successful condominium units were developed for MI Homes and located at the Potomac Club, in northern Virginia. The plan configurations are quite popular as an efficient, high density and economical housing solution, especially in the Northeastern United States. The buildings are designed as two stacked and interlocked townhomes with integral garages below the units, and are planned with four to six stacks of two units in each building. The lower of the two units, at 1,517 square feet, occupies the first floor plan, along with the two one-car garages and the second floor. The upper unit is a total of 1,938 square feet on the third and fourth levels.
