Another multiple Monument Award winning design collaboration with Rosemark Design Build Homes, the Rhode Island has become the flagship of their portfolio. This large two story estate home comes in at 10,377 square feet in a 93’ wide x 81’ deep footprint. Built in several communities in Maryland and Northern Virginia this house always draws a lot of attention wherever it is built.

Because of its’ immense popularity we have had to design fifteen different elevations for this house to allow it to be built multiple times in the same community.
