The MONTANA

The Montana was designed for Rosemark Design Build to give them a market lead in the highly competitive high end market in Northern Virginia and Maryland outside Washington DC.

The Montana comes in at an impressive 6,483 square feet in an 80’ wide x 78’ deep footprint. For reasons obvious when you study the floor plans for the Montana it quickly became their best selling plan. Industry recognition followed and it won several prestigious monument awards.

For ultimate flexibility and controlled customization the plan has a number of flex options that buyers can play with within the structure of the plan, something buyers readily responded to.
