The KIAWAH

Built in the gated community of Chevy Chase Manor the Kiawah was designed for M I Homes of northern Virginia as a way to compete at higher price points in the hot Washington DC market. The Kiawah sits at 4,400 square feet in a 70’ x 58’ deep footprint. Taking what they know as a production builder and combining it with feedback from focus groups we were able to design for M I another market leader. Responding to the comments from the focus groups we came up with a design that has classical curb appeal with a unique floor plan that shows exceptionally well.
