Close to the beach in Delaware this community of single family homes and condos designed by our team needed to make a strong statement to compete with units directly on the water. This private gated community perched between two golf courses and the Rehoboth Bay features tennis courts, swimming pools, a recreation center and shuttles to the beach. Designed in an upscale coastal style drawing cues from the surrounding architecture, this 4,550 square foot community center features metal roofs, stone and shingle siding accents as well as a very prominent clock tower and sets the tone for this resort style community.
